Founder of DORP – a national NGO and Human Rights Organizer Mr. AHM Nouman his condolence message says, Soft and Kind hearted Dr. Tofail Ahmed, always was promotional to good work and good person in works for the local communities and the nation. I am so shocked that I was the last witness being with him at the office of Secretary in Charge Mr. K.M Ali Newaz of Bangladesh Election Commission on such a `good relevant’ discussion. During departure at eight night he said last words that he will be admitted to hospital tomorrow i,e 7th October ’25 and pray for me. It was very much unexpected death of forty years friend of DORP and for all of us. May Almighty Allah bless him with the Jannat.
